I have no idea who created this shirt or the circumstances that would require it to exist. But the fact is, it does exist, and we must deal with it. My version of it's history is that it belonged to a fun-spirited serial killer who announced his arrival while wearing it. In reality, it was probably made by some loser who thought it would be funny to wear to a party. But that's no fun, is it?
