Scott's Year in Shirts #207 - "Virginia is for Lovers"

I run across these shirts quite a bit on my thrift store shopping adventures. I found this particular shirt at the "It's A Wrap" wardrobe store in Burbank. Supposedly it was used in the film "I Love You Man", though I've never been able to spot it in the film. I wonder if people in Virginia actually wear these shirts, or if it's just a tourist thing?
